Through Young Eyes

This year’s exhibition showcases the artwork of 90 students from 15 schools across Cape Cod. Twelve (12) of the participating teachers also have their work on display. Mediums include sculpture, painting, printmaking, collage, drawing, ceramics, fabric and mixed-media art.
Through Young Eyes gives young artists a forum to be recognized for their talent in the arts. There are many opportunities students to receive recognition and shine, especially in sports, but this exhibition is one of the few opportunities for Cape Cod youth to display their work in a museum setting, which may even encourage them to make a career in the arts. Some of the teachers involved in the exhibition this year have shown their work at CCMoA before when they were students!
