Super Bowl Dinner

The big game is over and now we know the winner, however at the time of planning the class we do not yet know!
Tonight we are going to take the winning cities 4 best restaurants and different menu items from each and create a dinner for the evening. We will match wines with each course. Trust that we will do this right, as usual!!
This class meets on the main level in the Education Wing.

MATERIALS
Our cooking classes are held in our commercial kitchen. You will be seated at a counter on countertop stools, so please wear comfortable clothing. Layers are best, the temperature fluctuates often.
