From 10:00-3:00, enjoy gallery talks with our staff and learn about some of the items sailors aboard whaling ships made using the teeth of sperm whales. Hear how scrimshaw was made, and learn about life on a whaling ship.

Kids’ crafts 10:00-2:00.
From 3:00-4:00, hear from Brian Sharp of the Marine Mammal Rescue Program at the International Fund for Animal Welfare (IFAW) about current efforts to save endangered whales.

Tickets: Adults $10; Students, Seniors, and Veterans $8;  Children 4 and under, free.
