As you may have heard, the NY City Council just voted to ban foie gras in the five boroughs of New York City. But here at the Center we’ll dine on a classic foie gras paté, then capon pot au Féau with foie gras stuffing and sautéed with magret and bourbon soaked cherries, and finish with foie gras creme brûlée.

This class meets on the main level in the Education Wing.

MATERIALS
Our cooking classes are held in our commercial kitchen. You will be seated at a counter on countertop stools, so please wear comfortable clothing. Layers are best, the temperature fluctuates often.
