Special Guest Chef, Liora Kushner, of Liora’s catering, will present a delectable menu of North African origin. From appetizers to desserts, these recipes will make your mouth water.

Recipes will include: Jerusalem bagels, served with olive oil and zaatar, phyllo rolls with caramelized onions and chickpeas, Kale salad with roasted sweet potatoes, faro and cranberries, couscous with root vegetable stew, salmon with peppers and harissa, dates and pecan cookies. We hope you will enjoy this demonstration class with tastings. The menu may change due to availability of ingredients.
