This class meets online on Zoom beginning at 4pm on Tuessday, June 16. Watch Chef Joe prepare a fabulous two course meal from the comfort of your own home.

Salmon is a member of the salmonid family of cold water fishes, found mostly in subarctic areas and high elevations. It includes salmon, trout, chars, freshwater whitefishes, and graylings. Chef Joe will prepare Scottish sea trout rillettes, seared Arctic char gravlax, and local greens and veggies with baked Wester Ross salmon with a single malt glaze.

 Following the online class, a curbside pickup will be available for all registered students of what was just prepared online. At the curbside pickup an associate will bring you your meal for you to take home and enjoy!
