ONLINE-Riesling through the Wind with Chef Joe Cizynski

This class meets online on Zoom beginning at 4pm on Tuesday, June 30. Watch Chef Joe prepare a fabulous two course meal from the comfort of your own home.
Riesling enjoys a reputation for being refreshing. With little to no oak influence, a reluctance to blend with other grape varieties, and no malolactic fermentation messing with its expression, the grape itself is left to shine. Chef Joe will prepare smoked seafood salad (pair this with an Alsatian Riesling), Thai grilled pork shoulder tortillas (pair with a Washington State Riesling), and a selection of blue cheeses (pair with a German Auslese).
Following the online class, a curbside pickup will be available for all registered students of what was just prepared online. At the curbside pickup an associate will bring you your meal for you to take home and enjoy!
