ONLINE-Marche Madness

This class meets online on Zoom beginning at 4pm on Wednesday, April 29. Watch Chef Joe prepare a fabulous two course meal from the comfort of your own home. Tickets: $40.00 Non-Member/$35.00 Member
We missed our March madness but let’s go to the beautiful region of Marche in Italy. The fish soups of Marche are found all along the region’s beautiful coastline, and recipes tend to differ depending on which seaside town you find yourself in. Today we will make grilled octopus and potato salad and Brodetto all Anconetana.
Following the online class at 5:30pm, a curbside pickup will be available for all registered students of what was just prepared online. At the curbside pickup an associate will bring you your meal for you to take home and enjoy!

ONLINE WITH ZOOM
You will need to be sure the Zoom app is installed on your device. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing a secure link to join the class.
You will be able to login 15 minutes before the class start time. We recommend logging in before the class starts to make sure you are settled in and ready to go when the class is set to begin.
If you are new to Zoom, please note that we will not be able to help with the app. It is strongly recommended that you navigate Zoom on your own before the class starts to get to know the mute and video settings. Try it out by talking with a friend or family member who has the Zoom app.
