Ink and watercolor are a perfect pair for making fun and beautiful illustrations. In this class, we will review the basics of these two popular mediums and learn new tricks to take your art to the next level. Through demonstration and application, we will talk about technique, line quality, mixing color, and more! All levels welcome!  Click here for more details.

MATERIALS
-Watercolor paint set (tubes or palette)
-Palette (plastic or paper)
-Watercolor brushes, a few different sizes/shapes if possible
-Cup of water
-Paper towels
-Waterproof black ink pens (micron pens, dip pens, fountain pen, or whatever you prefer)
-Smooth watercolor paper (this is often called “hot press watercolor paper”) or Mixed Media paper/sketchbook with thick but smooth texture. (Paper with tooth will be harder to use with pens)
-A few household objects nearby that you might want to use as still-life (lamp, fruit, vase, flowers, jars, etc.)
