This class meets online on Zoom beginning at 4pm on Tuesday, May 19. Watch Chef Joe prepare a fabulous two course meal from the comfort of your own home.
Yesterday, May 18th would have been Karol Wojtyla’s (St. Pope John Paul II) 100th birthday. We are going to the hometown of this mountain climbing Pope, Wadowice, and choosing three restaurants to make a meal for you. From Dobra Karma a boletus soup, Pestkas roast duck with lingonberries and Galicjanka’s Polish Papal Crema Cake. He enjoyed Beaujolais now and then.
Following the online class, a curbside pickup will be available for all registered students of what was just prepared online. At the curbside pickup an associate will bring you your meal for you to take home and enjoy!
