Oktoberfest Dinner, with Chef Joe Cizynski

Join Cultural Center of Cape Cod for an Oktoberfest dinner celebration! This buffet-style dinner will include butternut squash soup with ham and spinach, homemade bratwursts and sauerkraut, poached salmon with a smoked salmon and caper sauce, sauerbraten with red cabbage and apples, and finish with hazelnut and almond meringue cake.
Complimentary sparkling Riesling will be served.
