Octoberfest Dinner! With Chef Joe Cizynski

This Octoberfest dinner will feature the chef’s grilled Krakauer sausage with caraway apples, roasted salmon with a Guinness mustard butter sauce, Sauerbraten with red cabbage, roasted carrot and pea salad, German potato salad with wild mushrooms and green beans, and finish with Black Forest cake and German Cambozola blue cheese.
German bubbles will be poured. Please bring your own additional refreshments. This dinner will be held in the Owl Hall on the main level of the Education Wing.
