Mosaic: Glass on Glass Workshop

This 4000-year-old art form uses bits of decorative glass, tiles, and other materials to create geometric designs. In this 6-hour workshop,learn how to cut stained glass and combine it with mosaic techniques to produce fabulous light gathering objects of art. Use of colorful glass, (rather than traditional tile or dishes) on a translucent surface is what makes this workshop a unique experience! You will be able to pick from a large assortment of templates and glass, to make your own distinctive statement of color. At the end of this class, you will be able to take your creation home with you.
