Monoprints are often called the painterly print because you can literally paint the inks on a smooth plate and “print” your painting. It is unique and one-of-a-kind method of printmaking. We will investigate many other methods.
You will make unique prints using specialty inks on fine art papers. Whether you are a beginner or experienced this workshop will introduce you to a new medium or expand on your abilities in printmaking, develop new techniques. We will make ghost prints and chine colle` (what’s that you say?)
