In celebration of the AFC and NFC championship games, join us for the last in a series of Monday night classes! Featuring menu items from great restaurants in the cities of the 8 oldest football teams in the NFL: Arizona Cardinals, Chicago Bears, Green Bay Packers, NY Giants, Detroit Lions, Washington Redskins, Pittsburgh Steelers and the Philadelphia Eagles.
Come enjoy Altius’ grass fed steak tartare with arugula pesto, Le Bec Fin’s gallette de crabe, Butcher and Rye’s buttermilk fried rabbit, and Milkshake Factory’s Irish coffee shake.

Our cooking classes are held in our commercial kitchen. You will be seated at a counter on countertop stools, so please wear comfortable clothing. Layers are best, the temperature fluctuates often.
