Metalsmithing Earring Workshop

Everyone loves earrings — would you like to create your own? In this socially-distanced beginner-level Valentine weekend workshop with artist Laura Bouton of LJB Jewelry, students will learn basic metalsmithing techniques such as forging, cold connections, texturing metal, and hand stamping to create their own earring designs. Using these techniques students will create several pairs of mixed metal earrings.
Students can create the different earring designs offered in the class, or tap into their own creativity to make their own original creations! Mixed Metal Jewelry is always fun to create and has such a warm earthy style.
