We will bring in our top local chefs from regional restaurants to provide a demonstration and sampling of their popular dishes. We will be adding more chefs to the schedule soon. In the meantime, please note that these classes are offered on Sunday afternoons from 1 pm to 3 pm—be sure to check the website on a regular basis to see who might be included next!

Executive Chef Ricky Smith from the Coonamessett Inn will be preparing some of the Inn’s most popular “Coonie Classics”. These include cauliflower bisque, crab cakes with tomato jam, liver and onions, and their famous dessert: grapenut pudding.
