Let’s make two traditional Lebanese dishes – Fatteh is a chickpea and yogurt dish served over toasted pita that comes together for a quick weeknight meal. We’ll also make Mloukhia, – a soup/stew made with Mloukhia (a spinach like leaf) cooked with chicken and broth and served with rice, dried pita bread, and pickled onions.
