Join Chef Joe as he demonstrates (and you enjoy) Hamachi, bluefin tuna and Arctic char crudo, seared Glacier 51 tooth fish with Ponzu butter, and head on shrimp ala plancha. Dessert will be Torrija with ice cream and toasted macadamia nuts.

You will also get to take home a handmade tapas plate made in our Hilliard Ceramic Arts Studio!
Complimentary sparkling Cava will be served. Please bring your own additional refreshments.
This dinner will be held in the Owl Hall on the main level of the Education Wing.
