Kitchen Camp February Vacation

Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, February 18, 19 & 20 from 10-11:30am
Join us as we prepare easy recipes. Your child will cook dishes “hands-on” in a friendly and casual, chef supervised environment. Includes all supplies and food costs.
Tuesday-Chicken from scratch!
We will make homemade chicken noodle soup, chicken schnitzels with pierogis and apples, chicken stir fried rice and baked fried chicken.
Wednesday -Chinese for lunch!
We will make beef and broccoli, stir fried shrimp and rice, homemade won ton soup and chicken chow mein.
Thursday –Breakfast for lunch!
Let’s do homemade crepes with fruit filling, omelet station, homemade breakfast sausages and bacon, French toast and frittatas.
This class meets in the Culinary Arts Center in the Education Wing.
This class is for kids ages 8-12 years old (flexible).
Our cooking classes are held in our commercial kitchen. You will be seated at a counter on countertop stools, so please wear comfortable clothing. Layers are best, the temperature fluctuates often.
