“Loved the beaches, hated the food.” It’s a common complaint made by people returning home after an island vacation. To help those who are desperate to love both we will begin a series featuring different island foods. We will do 4 different islands a night and do 1 dinner a month for 4 months!
Tonight we will start with Ike Jime Hamachi sashimi from Hokkaido, from Santa Catalina Island Cioppino, the Caymans bring us grilled pork with Jerk spices, and finish with coconut rice pudding from Puerto Rico. There will be complimentary bubbles served.
