“Loved the beaches, hated the food.” It’s a common complaint made by people returning home after an island vacation. To help those who are desperate to love both we will begin a series featuring different island foods. Tonight, we will return to my old haunt, NYC!!!! We will dine on The Lakehouse of The Great South Bay Long Island’s vegetable salad with creamed mushrooms, asparagus, arugula, poached egg and Humbolt Fog, Staten Island’s Nurnberger Bierhaus’ cherry venison sausage with German potato salad, Manhattans Le Bernadins’ roast Arctic char with black olive potatoes and melted cherry tomatoes, and finish with City Island’s Dubrovnik palacinke (crepes) with homemade jam.

Complimentary New York State bubbles will be served.

This is a BYOB event; NY State red and whites are a good match. This event will take place in the Creative Arts Space.
