If making pie crust and homemade pies are something you’ve always wanted to do this is the class for you!

Join culinary instructor, Kay Benaroch, in the kitchen for hands-on demonstrations about how to make your own pie dough and then use it to fashion a double crust, deep-dish apple pie using pre-made filling. In this workshop Kay will also demonstrate the making of an open-faced apple crostata and will give some hints on fashioning a pecan pie, pumpkin pie and pear-cranberry pie with oatmeal strudel.  Bring a box large and sturdy enough to carry your pie home!
