Do you struggle with making handles for your pottery? Ceramic handles can be tricky, but don’t give up! In this class – which will focus on mugs, pitchers, and soup bowls – students will learn and practice several techniques so that they can find a method that works best for them. A little experience is needed, whether it’s in hand building or wheel throwing.

This class meets in the Pottery Studio on the lower level of the Education Wing.

MATERIALS
All tools, materials, and firings are included.

WE ARE COMMITTED TO MAKING YOUR CLASS SAFE
The safety of our students, teachers, patrons, volunteers, and staff is our highest priority. A number of adjustments have been put in place to keep everyone safe for in-person classes at the Cultural Center. We are disinfecting public spaces frequently and have installed hand sanitizer stations throughout the building. To ensure the safety of those around you, please wear a mask, practice social distancing, and in other ways follow CDC guidelines while at the Cultural Center. Thank you!
