Folger’s Marsh Plein Air Painting with Illya Kagan

Join renowned local artist Illya Kagan on the grounds of the Shipwreck & Lifesaving Museum overlooking the Scenic Folger’s Marsh for an evening of Plein Air Painting Instruction. Artists of all skill levels welcome.
