Come join us in the historic Green Briar Jam Kitchen!  Here is a wonderful opportunity for families to learn how to cook jam in our beloved 1903 kitchen.  Each pair will learn how to make jam using traditional methods and leave with 4 to 6 jars of product they made themselves.  We provide all the materials, so all you need to do is come ready to learn and have fun.  Children must be at lead 6 years old to be in the kitchen.

Check website calendar for current offerings!  Private classes available.  Call for details and availability.  Space limited to 8 pairs: one adult and one child per pair. No exceptions.  Paid advanced registration is required.  Cancellation Policy: Due to insufficient enrollment class may be cancelled 2 days prior by email and/or phone w/full refund.
