Experiments in Collage, with Claire Marcus

In this collage class, students will be printing and using their monotype prints (done using a gelli-plate) in combination with found papers or cut-up paintings, to experiment and make wonderfully creative Mixed Media paintings. Acrylic paint, handmade stamps, linoleum cut blocks, stencils, and a variety of textural items will be utilized to create patterns, textures, and details. Colorful exciting results take place when you open up your imagination and have fun.
