Participants will create their own handmade mini art journal, approximately 4×4 inches in size, using simple materials. Throughout the workshop, they will explore journaling techniques, using art to express emotions, reflect on personal experiences, and foster mindfulness. This compact journal format encourages creative self-care in a manageable, intimate space. The workshop provides a safe and supportive environment for personal exploration and mental health support through art. This class is for adults interested in self-expression, mindfulness, and improving their mental health through creativity. No prior art or journaling experience is necessary.
