Cooking with Agatha: Tapas

In this class students will be making two tapenades to serve with a plate of charred veggies, halloumi cheese, nuts and dried fruit. A Spanish twist on a cheese board, highlighting both a Spanish black olive tapenade, spread of figs, and kalamata olives.
