Join our culinary instructors in Highfield’s kitchen this spring as they “Cook the Book”!
This week Gail will explore the spring and summer menus in this charming book, preparing seasonal dishes such as a Spring Vegetable Crudite Board with Garlic Herb Vegetable Dip, Crispy Crab Cakes with Old Bay Aioli, and Stawberry Orzo Salad. Class topics and recipes are subject to change depending on availability.
New England Invite gives the seasoned host and the busy novice the tools they need to effortlessly entertain at home. Collected seasonal recipes with a modern take on New England traditions make for festive gatherings all year round.
