Join us for Qi Gong in the beautiful gardens of Highfield Hall. This summer we will offer two 4-week sessions of relaxing, centering, Qi Gong with Margie Mitchell. This introductory class will be a thirty (30) minute session in the hopes you will join the series.  The practice of Qigong integrates the mind, body, and spirit energies through breath work, gentle stretching, warm-ups, “flows”, and meditation to promote wellness, increased vitality, and overall sense of wellbeing.
