Gail shares her take on the traditional Fourth of July barbecue

“The best, easiest bread you will ever make.” That’s how Alexandra Stafford describes her mother’s peasant bread, made famous in her blog, Alexandracooks.com. We have been making this bread in the Highfield kitchen for the past ten years, with great success. This is a hands-on class, and participants will leave with a bowl and whisk for future bread making, as well as their own freshly baked loaf. Stay tuned for Bread 102 in August!
