Beach Debris Art

Go to the Cape Cod Maritime Museum for this fun family workshop, where they’ll make a piece of art to display in the museum out of trash from local beaches. They will provide the trash, but consider doing a beach clean-up before the event and bringing your own! Jesse Mechling, Director of Education at the Center for Coastal Studies, will lead the fun, and talk to everyone about the hazards of beach debris.
