A Passage to India with Kay Benaroch

Indian cuisine is among the most creative and varied in the world. Join Culinary Instructor, Kay Benaroch for this demonstration class with tastings to explore this tasty cooking. The menu of easy-to-prepare dishes will include stuffed potato parathas (small flatbreads), Oven-baked Tandoori Chicken, Saag Paneer (spinach with fried paneer cheese), spiced Basmati rice and Coconut Rice Pudding.
